Please note that for your convenience this message includes two versions:

Short version

IMPORTANT:

• All matters, including check-in time coordination, are handled only in writing or by phone (WhatsApp/call).
• Make sure the booking has the correct phone number from which you will call upon arrival at Brīvības iela 196: +371 20000091.
• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, prior time coordination is required.
• A cash deposit of 50 EUR may be requested, especially for new guests.

Full version

1. Check-in

• Time: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Call +371 20000091 when you are at the gate.
• Show an ID with the name specified in the booking.

On foot: entrance from the corner of Brīvības and Barona streets, next to “Kafijas Namiņš”.

2. Parking

• Free parking for private guests.
• Entrance through automatic gates at Krišjāņa Barona iela 137, next to the black fence and thuja trees.
• When you are at the gate, call +371 20000091, the gate will open automatically.
• Park the car on the left, facing the wall or reversing towards it.

3. Booking and deposit

• Same-day bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Deposit: 50 EUR in cash.
• In case of no-show by 11:00 PM — the booking is cancelled without refund.

4. Check-out

• Time: from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• If the deposit was not taken, please leave the key in the key box at the exit.

Additional rules

1. Guests under 18 years old — only with parents.
2. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties are prohibited.
3. Smoking in the building is prohibited. Fine – 100 EUR. Allowed only in the courtyard.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Tampering with the smoke detector – fine 300 EUR.
6. Loud behavior, intoxication, disturbing other guests (in the courtyard, stairwell, etc.) — possible cancellation without compensation.

Additional paid services (on request)

• Cleaning + linen change – 25 EUR
• Towel change – 5 EUR, bed linen – 10 EUR
• Additional guest – 10 EUR/night, folding bed – 20 EUR/night
• Extra linen set (if guests do not share a bed) – 10 EUR
• Early check-in (if possible) – 20 EUR
• Late check-out until 1:00 PM – 20 EUR
• Shared kitchen (for Economy rooms 1–4) – 15 EUR
• Waiting after 11:00 PM – from 25 EUR, depending on the situation
