Dear Guests, Welcome!

This message contains two versions of our guest information:

• Short version – key info for quick reference;
• Full version – detailed rules, instructions, and extra services.

Choose whichever suits you best, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Short Version

IMPORTANT:

• All communication, including arrival time confirmation, should be done in writing or via phone (WhatsApp/call).
• Make sure that the phone number provided in your reservation is correct – you will need to call when you arrive at Brīvības iela 196. Call: +371 20000091.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00, with prior notice.
• A €50 cash deposit may be requested, especially for first-time guests.

Full Version

1. Check-in

• Time: 15:00–23:00.
• Call +371 20000091 when you arrive at the gate.
• Present an ID matching the name on the reservation.

On foot: enter the courtyard from the corner of Brīvības and Barona streets, near “Kafijas Namiņš.”

2. Parking

• Parking for private guests is free.
• Entry through automatic gates at Krišjāņa Barona iela 137, near the black fence with thuja trees.
• When at the gate, call +371 20000091, and the gate will open automatically.
• Park on the left side, front or rear of the car facing the wall.

3. Booking and Deposit

• Same-day reservations cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Deposit: €50 in cash.
• If the guest does not arrive by 23:00, the reservation will be canceled without compensation.

4. Check-out

• Between 09:00 and 12:00.
• If no deposit was taken, please leave the key in the special dropbox near the exit.

House Rules

1. Guests under 18 may only stay with parents.
2. Quiet hours: 22:00–09:00. No parties allowed.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Fine – €100. Only allowed in the courtyard.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Tampering with smoke detectors – €300 fine.
6. Loud behavior, intoxication, or disturbing other guests (including in the yard or stairwells) – may result in cancellation without refund.

Extra Services (upon request)

• Cleaning + fresh linens – €25
• Towel change – €5, bed linen – €10
• Extra person – €10/night, rollaway bed – €20/night
• Extra bedding set (if not sharing a bed) – €10
• Early check-in (if available) – €20
• Late check-out until 13:00 – €20
• Shared kitchen use (Economy rooms 1–4) – €15
• Waiting beyond 23:00 – from €25, depending on the situation
